The Ukrainian Speleological Association (USA) will hold the 10th International Children's Drawing Contest "Caves through the Eyes of Children" from February 15th till April 31th 2022.

USA is the All-Ukrainian public organization of speleologists in Ukraine. One of its activities is work with children and youth. Attracting children to speleology, travelling, expeditions is an effective means for the younger generation’s education.

The Children and Caves USA Committee has been successfully holding the International Children's Drawing Contest "Caves through the Eyes of Children" since 2013. During these 9 years of the competition, 1310 children have taken part in it, having sent 1410 drawings.

Within the period of holding the contest, the geography of the participants has expanded to 21 countries, namely Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Hungary, Romania, China, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Sri Lanka, Serbia, Malaysia, Italy, Poland, Lithuania and Russia. All the drawings are posted on the USA Committee’s "Children and Caves" website.
